Next Steps – ESSTF

In order to commence work, ESSTF Trustees Limited needs to be engaged by the State.

The Fund set up either by Law or on advice of the Advisory Committee.

A Board of Trustees (BoT) is constituted for the Fund.

An Executive Secretary needs to be appointed to oversee the day-to-day operations of the ESSTF.

Depending on the project to be adopted, a sub-committee needs to be created to oversee the execution of said project.

Appointment of other parties (where necessary) for the Fund. Auditors, project managers etc.

A fund-raising event and marketing campaign will be planned and executed by the trustees and the State for public awareness.

Fund administration involves investments, disbursement and reporting of the funds received into custody.
